Truffle

Yesterday, my mom made many chocolate truffles. They were tiny and bittersweet-an exquisite combination of dark chocolate balls coated and desicatted coconut.
It was bitter to mum, but sweet on us.
I hope mom will make it for the Chinese New Year. I love them!
