Oat Magic #2: Fruity Oaty

What Do You Need?

  • 5 tbsp Instant oats
  • Hot (not boiling) water
  • 1 kiwi, diced
  • 1 pc fruit (apple, pear, etc.), diced

Stir the oats in hot water and cool it in room temperature. After that, stir in the diced fruits and enjoy!

Note: Fruits can be varied to cut costs and to avoid boredom, but the fruits must be:
  • low in calories
  • packed with fibre
  • low sugar
  • fresh

This recipe curbs your appetite for the whole day (if your appetite is small) or reduces your meals to two meals a day! Plus, it is packed with sensible amounts of carbs, plenty of fibre and Vitamin C. Try with raw veggies or sour fruits if you dare...have fun!

Note: Results may vary among individuals.

  • 5大匙即熟燕麦片
  • 热水
  • 1粒奇异果,切丁
  • 1粒水果(苹果,梨等)切丁

把燕麦片泡入热水,待冷。加入水果即可。

这营养早餐可能会贵了点,可是你可以任何水果取代上述水果,以减低成本和增添乐趣。它可增添饱腹感,有助瘦身。

水果一定要:

  • 低卡路里
  • 高纤维
  • 低糖
  • 新鲜(非罐装或水果干)
